Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

The conditions, deadlines, and procedure for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal are set out in our separate Withdrawal Policy, which is available in our online shop.

The statutory right of withdrawal applies independently of the following provisions regarding the voluntary return policy.

 

Voluntary Return Policy (30 Days)

Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant a voluntary return policy of 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

A return under the voluntary return policy is subject to the following conditions. The item must:

• be in an unworn and unused condition

• show no signs of use

• have all tags intact (if tags are damaged or removed, a return under the voluntary return policy is excluded)

• be returned complete and, where applicable, in the original packaging

• be returned together with proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation)

Returns under the voluntary return policy that are sent back without prior request cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us without delay so that we can review the matter and offer an appropriate solution.

 

Exclusions from the Voluntary Return Policy

The following items are excluded from the voluntary return policy, in particular:

• individually made or personalized items

• gift vouchers

• reduced items (sale)

These exclusions do not apply where mandatory statutory rights of withdrawal exist.

 

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not possible.

Please return the item in accordance with the return conditions and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days using the original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on banks or payment service providers.
